Job Overview

A B2B officer you will be responsible for generating new business, building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers, and promoting the company's product and services to other businesses. This involves identifying and prospecting potential customers, conducting product or service presentations and demonstrations, negotiating and closing deals, and managing and growing existing customer relationships. They should also be proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools, and willing to travel as required.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and understand their needs and preferences.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Create and deliver sales proposals, quotes, and contracts to customers.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers and decision-makers.
  • Monitor and report on sales metrics, such as customer acquisition costs, conversion rates, and customer retention rates.
  • Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to network and promote the company's products or services.
  • Collaborate with the product development team to provide customer feedback and insights for product improvement and innovation.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities in the company's CRM system.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • - Bachelor's degree in business administration, or a related field
  • - +1 year of B2B sales experience, preferably in the telecommunications or technology industries.
  • - Fluency in English and Arabic - written and spoken.
  • - Experience with Microsoft Office (MS Word, MS Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • - Strong understanding of business products and services in the ISP industry.
  • - Knowledge of testing equipment.
