Job Summary:
This position administers all personnel request procedures, including leave requests,
attendance monitoring procedures, hiring, system administration, record keeping, and
employee files.
Responsibilities

Process all staffing and personnel requests promptly and with the necessary level of
quality to maintain business continuity.

Record all HR transactions accurately in the system (Odoo).

Collaborate with team leaders and employees to collect any missing HR data
required for employee records.

Ensure that all employee files and records are up-to-date and complete
- Adhere to company policies regarding archiving and document management.
- Monitor all leave balances to ensure adherence to policies and labor laws.

Manage employees' work attendance and monitor their punctuality.
Qualifications

BSc/BA in Business administration or relevant field.

Minimum 2 years of experience as an HR Admin or Officer.

Deep understanding of Labor Law and employment equity
regulations

Efficient HR administration and people management skills.

Fantastic knowledge of HR functions and best practices.

MS Office, and related HR software.
