 As a Team Leader of Sales, you will be responsible for leading, coaching, and guiding the sales representatives to achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth.

Responsibilities

  • 1- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives.
  • 2- Set clear sales targets and provide guidance to meet or exceed them.
  • 3- Monitor performance and provide regular feedback to team members.
  • 4- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet company goals.
  • 5- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
  • 6- Provide training to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
  • 7- Keep the team up-to-date with product offerings and industry trends.
  • 8- Prepare and analyze sales reports to track team and individual performance.
  • 9- Use data insights to make informed decisions and adjustments to sales strategies.
  • 10- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • 11- Address customer concerns and complaints professionally and efficiently.
  • 12- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • 13- Provide feedback on customer requirements to the product development team.

Qualification & Requirements 

  • - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • - Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
  • - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • - Good Command of English and Arabic- Written and Spoken.
  • - Good Command of Microsoft Office (MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint)
  • - Proficiency in sales techniques is crucial.
  • - Familiarity with CRM software
  • - Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • - Strong leadership skills to guide, coach, and provide direction to team members.
  • - Proficiency in analyzing sales reports and using data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adjust strategies.
  • - Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships, address customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
