Job Summary:
As a Site Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of the company's network infrastructure at various customer sites. The Site Engineer plays a crucial role in ensuring reliable and efficient connectivity services for customers. This position requires a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- 1- Ensure alignment of site activities and execution details with design maps, project documents, and specifications, addressing any discrepancies and resolving conflicting information.
- 2- Supervise work quality and verify adherence to industry standards, ensuring that the project is executed with the highest quality and compliance with specified requirements.
- 3- Overseeing all aspects related to site activities and securing necessary resources in advance to achieve a defined timeline.
- 4- Align work activities with the project schedule and ensure timely completion of tasks, especially critical tasks that may impact the overall project timeline.
- 5- Focus on implementing and monitoring occupational safety principles across all site activities, ensuring a safe and healthy working environment for workers and all individuals on-site.
- 6- Document the actual changes made to project activities, including their quantity and quality of the changes.
- 7- Coordinate with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers.
- 8- Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits to identify and address potential hazards, non-compliance with regulations, or deviations from project plans.
- 9- Collaborate with the project team to develop and implement effective strategies for optimizing construction processes, resource utilization, and overall project efficiency.
- 10- Communicate and coordinate with the client or project owner, providing regular updates on project progress, addressing any concerns or inquiries, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Requierments & Qualififcation:
- - BSc in Civil Engineering
- - At least 3 Years of experience as a Site Engineer.
- - Good Command of Microsoft Office (MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint).
- - Good Command of Arabic and English languages.
- - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- - Proficiency in technical aspects related to construction.
- - Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and specifications accurately.
- - Proficiency in using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
- - Ability to analyze complex issues.
- - Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks.
- - Ability to design and plan network deployments.
- - Understanding of fiber optic network infrastructure.
- - Strong customer service skills to effectively communicate with clients.
